Aren't plants a lot like our bodies where a healthy gut/“microbiome” full of nutrients and healthy microbes (funghi, parasites/WORMS, bacteria, etc) promote overall health and deter diseases and so nutrient rich SOIL (ie: the gut of plants) deters diseases?
Have you transferred your tomatoes outside? We’re in the same zone, I’m in Idaho tho. I really need to get my tomatoes outside, they are getting too big and need to be planted. We have a couple nights of 37 degrees, the rest are around 42 degrees.
