    Zucchini pickle….yummy! I have fantastic recipe if you want it. Got a jar of it from the Clevedon market, took it home to Los Angeles and perfected it. Then moved to the North Island of New Zealand and everyone over here loves it.

    I started gardening after I got married. Loose leaf lettuce is the easist to grow and it will cut and grow again. My wife has been a big help although when she arrived from her home in the Philippines it took her time to understand that pineapples will grow great until this thing called winter hits.
