    We started with white, yellow, and red roses in our yard. One red one is still red, the rest are two tones yellow/white, or pink/ white.

    They were little store bought ones, like the OP, that we ended up putting in the ground.

    I never buy roses that are already open. They dont last long enough.

    It’s never occurred to me to grow a rose plant inside. All mine are planted outside. What direction does the window face where you have this gorgeous rose plant? And how often do you water it? Do you give it any fertilizer or rose food?

    Good luck keeping this alive. Roses are *SUPER HIGH MAINTENANCE*

    Just in terms of bacteria, fungus, and pests. Don’t be surprised if your plant seems to go through a stressed period. A lot of nurseries force plants to flower using hormones and this drains energy.
