This is a rubber tree (a fig plant) who looks to be wilting.
It needs to be protected from direct sunlight and it needs to be watered deeply once if soil is dry, and then regularly every few days as you test the soil and feel dryness.
Usually caused by too much watering or too much sunlight. I imagine this is overexposed to sun – you can protect it by covering it with a shade cloth if you can’t move it, but ideally move it to a nice shady spot of the yard or patio 🙂
