I would trim the bottoms and affected parts. Let air pass under it

Looks like a dog or cat peed on it. Spray water on it in the evenings to wash it off. Trim off the bad leaves to make it look nicer.

It looks like Cercospora leaf spot. Don’t let affected leaves stay on the plant or lie on the ground. Avoid watering leaves. Usually treatment with an anti-fungal spray isn’t necessary this late in the season but you may want to use it to prevent recurrence next year.
