This blue container of Sansevieria trifasciata (my first snake plant) is probably my only plant that is potted directly into a pot with no drainage holes. Fortunately, snake plants prefer to be on the dry side so I’m never really pouring in that much water – given the amount of light it receives (only 50-100 foot-candles daily) and the large size of the pot, I can get away with watering once a month. The little snake plant is S. ‘japonesa’. New blog post in my profile!
