All For Gardening: bell peppers doing poorly in Oklahoma

So we tried our hand at gardening this year and our eggplant took off like crazy but the bell peppers not so much. Can anyone explain what happened and why they’re growing in like this? [peppers](https://ibb.co/fGLHK6H)
