Knotweed. Luckily not Japanese knotweed.
For future reference, you can take picture of it on your phone. Go to the photo and if you swipe up, the little i will turn into a leaf and identify what it is

This plant is identified as a species of Smartweed, likely Lady’s-thumb (*Persicaria maculosa*) or Nodding Smartweed (*Persicaria lapathifolia*).

Smartweed, likely Lady thumb. Triclopyr will take it out. Just pick the correct version of triclopyr based off your high temps. Use a surfactant like MSO.
