Sweet Cicely grows in he shady parts of your Forest Garden – completely edible and has wonderful umbel type flowers to attract pollinators to the garden.
The flowers and young leaves are great in salads – use the whole plant to sweeten up pies or crumbles made with Rhubarb or Gooseberries for example helps cover the tartness – excellent biomass for mulching. or composting
Chew the seeds to keep a healthy fresh breath
