The Generous Roots Garden Company is helping grow Wyoming’s community gardens with a new seed initiative for schools.

The Worland-based company will provide free garden seed packages to ten school gardens, with applications due by this Wednesday, April 15.

Seeds are selected to thrive in Wyoming’s climate, supporting education, food access and local agriculture while helping fight food insecurity statewide.

You can learn more about the program on Generous Roots Garden Co.’s website, and apply online.
