I recently (around 7 days ago) got a few succulents, among which one was the Opalina pictured. I transplanted it in 50-50 perlite and succulent mix soil, around 4-5 days ago. I noticed one of the black spots right after getting it from the store, but didn’t think much of it..it’s lost quite a lot of pads since coming though (mostly from the bottom however), so I’m curious, is it some kind of pest or fungus that could be affecting my succulents health? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I dont know enough to say 100% but it looks fungal to me. Id remove that leaf, and make sure there is good airflow, and water hesitantly until I’m sure there are no spots recurring.

But it might also not be serious and begin to heal on its own. Keep a close eye for other spots. They may be small.

Oh….I have never used cinnamon. If more spots are appearing on other leaves, it might be a battle to save. Make sure it is in a dry place with airflow. Make sure not to water it until it looks dry, and maybe mix an anti fungal like jacks copper fungicide. I am not expert though
