Hello sweet friends. Today we are starting to work out in the garden – yup – no snow now! Plus I want to share some garden plans and a delicious dinner recipe that is simple to make but packed with protein and flavour! How are you creating joy at your home these days? xoxo, Kelly โค
Doesnโt it feel good to get outside in the garden again? As I was watching this my hubby was taking some leaves and taking them to the forest (we are rural). And yes, the hydrangea have buds, isnโt that a good sign! And to get the grit and salt out of the house is so satisfying.
It doesn't need to be buds. You cut at a set of nods which is where the buds come out of. If you take it down to where the branch ends it will have nothing left to get nrw growth. At least that is the way we do it In Missouri USA.
You should just cut off the dead flower at the bottom of the flower. Same with your hydrangeas you cut them back too far.
