    That’s really interesting that the loquats can vary in size by year! 🤔 Kind of like my Kishu mandarins. One year they were like those grocery store tangerines, but this year they were teeny tiny like a kumquat. To be fair, maybe I should have thinned them… there were probably more than 40 on that little tree of mine. 😂

    Snickers for breakfast, I see nothing wrong with that! 😊 That’s like me eating a 12oz steak or beef jerky on my first break for breakfast. 😂 My coworkers used to razz me and chuckled all the time. They all know I’m a carnivore at my work! 🤣

    My next door neighbor had 2 loquats in her front landscaping. I always thought they were just ornamental until one day some guys working in the yard stopped for lunch and starting eating the fruit. I was shocked (this is way before I ever started growing my own food). I was going to ask to try some fruit but a hurricane came and took out both of her giant trees (we are on the TX gulf coast). Now we have been looking for some fruit trees we could grow in our small front yard. I thought about loquats because I know they can grow well 10 feet away from us! But I still don’t know that I would like them. Thanks for tasting them and showing them!
