Indoor Seed Starting Setup: Need Advice

I have been starting some of me veggies seeds indoor for a few years but this is the first year I have decided to step up my game.

I bought this inexpensive plastic shelving and some clamp lights so my seedlings aren't spread throughout the house. I have GE's seeds and greens grow lightbulbs in my light fixtures.

I am looking for advice on lighting, watering, and anything else that could improve my setup.
