my mom overwatered her and as you can see it got gradually worse for the last three months. since last month she doesn't have any leaves. I also cut the top hoping for it to help. I changed her soil twice and her roots were looking alive. can someone tell whether she's savable or not. I don't know what to do.

She’s a goner. There was no need to behead it. It just needed more sun. Those leaves were very etiolated. Time to try again.
