From the shape of the flowers, it’s definitely an Echeveria. Probably a cultivar of Echeveria agavoides. Your quite lucky to be getting 4 flower stalks at that size, most don’t produce that many until they get a lot larger!

Almost said “that’s just another baby plant” but you got babys and buds!
Anyway, I think from leaf shape this is an echeveria or hybrid of it, if you don’t have the tag though that might be hard to find, as its one of the most bred succulent genus

dumb question – when they flower is that where the seeds come from? I have a bunch that have flowered this year.
