There multiple kinds of peppers here. They started off really well. I start them early. I have a short growing season. Ambient temperature is around 70 degrees indoors. I have fertilizing every other week with vigoro organic fish emulsion (7-1-1) at half strength and Alaskan more bloom at about quarter strength (0-10-10). I burnt some tomato seedlings and reduce concentrations. I over watered for a while but have reeled that back. Any suggestions?
