Hmm, I’m kinda notorious for spotting thrips infestations, but this presentation has me shook. It is so spattered-like. I’m not convinced that it’s thrips, but also not ruling it out.
Is any of this textured? Any bumps in the foliage? 💚

Thrips damage is usually more silvery and messy with tiny black dots or active bugs, so I’d keep checking the undersides and new growth, but this by itself wouldn’t make me panic. Do you have more images?

Looks like typical early thrips infestation to me.. tough luck

I also vote for thrips. This photo looks like my leaves last year, at the time I didn’t see thrips, so I thought it might be fungus or watering problem. But after a while thrips were everywhere.
