Probably give them another week or so then plant them outdoors

Personally I sew them where they are to grow, because they grow so easily. Yours are maybe getting a little leggy, desperate for light so I would start hardening them off now and then plant them out asap, if the weather is going to stay nice ish where you are 🙂

Treat them mean keep them keen.
I would harden them off over the next week and then plant out in a couple of weeks.
Where i am we are having a cold snap over the weekend so i will be starting hardening off, out in the day in at night then, as the weather is then warming up so things will be okay overnight.
With nasturtiums a little goes a long way if they are trailing ones.
