Unless you’re just trying to eat the greens arent you supposed to direct sow radishes?

Don’t know ur zone but in most zones u can direct sow radish now, im 7a I planted radish in march, they like cool weather but ik sora do well when its hot
Ur eating the root so transplant is not ideal, most roots u eat u dont transplant bc they are very susceptible to shock

I put out radishes a while back and the grew tiny leave bust no root. They stay the same size for days now

Radishes are easy to sprout but sensitive to poor soil, overwatering/wet feet and you shouldn’t plan to transplant root veg or tubers anyway.
Radish sprouts are even commonly used to judge and compare soils
Yours are either too wet or have nitrogen issues

I would try to transplant them to your growing spot. Use a small kitchen spoon. No harm in trying. Then direct sow some more. Radishes grow really fast. Right now I have them growing anywhere i can fit.

To answer the actual question, the seed leaves are done and dying off. The plants them selves are probably stressed due to growing conditions yes, but the seed leaves dont stick around long anyways.

OP. No shade. Genuinely curious. Where are you getting your growing advice? You are obviously informed given that you are asking about PAR. And you are growing basil (that’s basil, right?) next to radish in cells under grow lights.
The reason I ask is that this goes against “standard wisdom”, and I’m just curious what sources out there are suggesting approaches like this.

Red leaves is often phosphorus deficiency. Seed start mix is usually very nutrient poor. Most seedlings need a diluted application of liquid fertiliser once they make true leaves. But as everyone else said…. direct sow root vegetables.
