I give my indoor plants the same type of water (untreated tap water) with the addition of diluted fertilizer (as per instructions on the bottle) once every 3 months. It's a gift from my mother and I would do everything to make it thrive.
I never paid attention to how many hours of light it's getting but I do suspect this is the reason. The soil is store bought, again, same as the other plants that are ok.
Thank you very much in advance <3
PS. If you require any additional info please ask, i'll do my best to answer as fast as possible

I mean it does look like it might need light. At least directing it toward the window instead of away might help a little.
My guess would be that it is not getting enough light, the new growth is hung away from the window, so the plant is dropping “unnecessary” leaves to try to save energy to grow towards light
That’s overwatering a pothos
The plant looks fine so it’s probably just not getting enough light. It is a tropical plant. Also you really don’t need to fertilize it every 3 months. If it was a fruiting plant or was growing insanely fast then sure, but it is in a lower light situation growing slower inside. It is not using all that extra nutrition you’re adding. The planting soil you have is honestly probably enough for a long time. Fertilizing too often can burn your leaves and kill your plants, probably not what is happening here but you’re not helping your plants either. You should probably fertilize at most twice a year during heavier grow seasons.
