I just received this pink nobilis yesterday and I’m so excited because she has a couple of corms already!! But she’s in one of those peat plugs 😐
How do I proceed with cozying her up in her new home? Do I remove the plug? Repot her in something different? Please describe the process like I’m clueless (because I am)

the plug is fine! just pot her up in a pot 1-2 inches bigger than the plug with some aroid soil or something nice and chunky with good drainage
