The light came in later than expected so some of the sprouts are leggy. Also any other tips would be highly appreciated! (The peppers are Orange Scotch Bonnets 🙂 ) I also have a fan a decent ways away so they do get a little movement.

Theyre forcing themselves to grow skinny and tall because the light is so far away. Any way you can adjust the height of the grow light?

Might be worth putting them in pots.

Bury them till there is about an inch between the leaves and soil.

Don’t worry – Some of the best plants I’ve had have been leggy like that to start with.

Slam that light down about 1 inch from their leaves.

Remove heat mat when about 50% of the seedlings germinate. (In addition to the already-mentioned suggestions about light and a fan.)
