    When the skin is still shiny. Once it’s dull, it’s still fine but shiny is better. Enjoy!

    Beautiful first harvest! You want to pick them while the skin is still very shiny. Once the skin starts looking dull/matte, they’ve gone too far. This one is a 10/10.

    Harvest when they are shiny and young. That way the seeds are still small.
