The Penn State Master Gardeners will host the 2026 Spring Into Gardening educational event on Saturday, April 25 at the Penn State Wilkes-Barre campus.
The program, at the Bell Center for Technology, 17 Nittany Drive, will offer a variety of informative sessions for gardeners of all experience levels.
Participants will have the opportunity to attend educational presentations on several popular gardening topics, including home landscaping, preserving your harvest, and rain barrel gardening. The event is designed to help home gardeners gain practical knowledge and sustainable techniques they can use in their own landscapes and gardens.
The event is open to the public, and anyone interested in gardening is encouraged to attend. Participants are asked to register by April 24, although walk-ins are welcome on the day of the event.
Registration can be completed online at extension.psu.edu/sig or by calling 877-345-0691.
For additional information or questions about the event, contact the Penn State Extension Office at 570-825-1701.
