Hey lifters, Google lens says this is “Tradescantia Nanouk plant, a popular variety of Wandering Dude.” Am I correct to root this one in a glass of water instead of callousing first? Or should I stick directly into the soil? And can I leave the whole plant intact as opposed to trying to prop from single leaves? Came from the free section of Home Depot floor. I’ll take any other tips too. Thanks!

No need to wait to wait callous. Peel off the bottom leaves and plop in soil and it’ll root and take off. You can also water prop but they easily prop in soil. Good luck. 👍
