Im cutting this brown leaf off my variegated monstera anyway- is it possible to propagate it? I’ve circled the stem of the leaf in the 2nd and 3rd photos. I’m not super knowledgeable about monstera propagation, let me know what you guys think 🙂

Monsters require a node. Each leaf is attached at the base to a node on the stem, so you would have to cut the stem to propagate it.
ETA: Your monstera is still pretty small so I would just cut the leaf off and wait for the plant to get bigger before trying to propagate it.
Short answer: no unless you wanna chop half your plant. Monstera roots can only grow from a node not a stem. Try getting more fenestrations on the mother plant before making her have some puppies first lol
