There’s a YouTuber (Mike Kincaid @mikekincaid79) who is all about hydrangea/ and rhododendron propagation and demonstrates his 3-cup process in some of his videos. I cut about 30 shoots last September and every one of them survived using his cup method. I’m in zone 7 and will be planting these once the weather is more consistent. I’ve already given 20 of them to family and neighbors and I know that theirs are healthy as well.
