I’m not sure about that, but if yours is okay, mine is also. I am new, too, but I am still researching about it since I have a real hard environment to live in for plants.
Forgot to say my monsteria looks as healthy as yours.

Try and keep the pole moist so the aerial roots grow into it.
Also that leaf discoloration could be either sun scald or a nutritional deficiency.
That’s mine I just stared last year but plants are my adhd hyper fixation so I know a thing or two haha. Try to keep her more upward and her main stems close to the root. Other than that just make sure you get her enough light, but not too close to the window or she’ll get a sunburn
