Plans changed again! 🌦️ In this week’s Harvest & Home UK vlog, I’m sharing a cosy mix of winter allotment life — from opening some lovely Christmas gardening gifts, to sitting down and drawing up garden plans for the season ahead… only to have to rethink everything thanks to the unpredictable Great British weather.
If you enjoy realistic UK gardening, allotment planning, and seeing how garden plans evolve behind the scenes, this vlog is for you. Winter is the perfect time to dream, adapt, and prepare for the growing season ahead — even when the weather has other ideas.

Happy new year Claire, you have me in tears here, cocks on your pini 🤣
Do you stick to your garden plans — or do you change them as the weather changes? 🌦️ Let me know in the comments!
I absolutely love that apron and how lovely it is for someone to send you those gloves. We have changed our plans too with the weather. We are focusing on structural and indoor jobs.
😂😂 is there a garden plan. I don’t believe I’ve ever made a single long term plan that hasn’t changed at least twice but that’s half the fun and learning experience. Hope you and the family had an amazing New Year’s, Ali 🇨🇦
Just found your channel. I'll be sticking around. Just watched Jesse at Plot 37, and seen her frost. I'm in Door Co, WI USA and we have layers of ice and snow. I have 15, 18 inch garden beds that are completely buried, I only know where they are because of cattle panels. We get Great Lake snow effect on Lake Michigan , so until the water warms, late May, early June, our weather stays cold. (Right now it's frozen ) 😒😒 I like watching UK gardens & plots, just to see all the green in winter. 🙂
Oh no.. addicted to this now.. great job
