Lol don't make fun of my setup, but I am growing cabbage from the end of the cabbage head, and is this ready to be transferred into a pot? I might be way too early, and sorry if this isn't the exact subreddit.

I would plant yes. Keep the soil moist for the first week. See how it goes. Also definitely some fertilizer/compost.
