This is a N. ventrata cutting (cut 3-4mo ago), which for some reason has started flowering?? I'm not sure why, I figured it would be too stressed or not have enough energy, should I cut it?

There are no pitchers on the cutting so far

since you don’t have any other pitchers i would be tempted to cut the flower so the plant puts more energy into producing traps and roots.

flowering can be triggered by high light – sometimes if you move a plant from one light intensity to another it can trigger flowering
