A couple weeks ago we started noticing our monstera turning yellow and has some white patches. We repotted it to a larger pot about 6 weeks ago but was healthy after that. Water about once a week and it gets morning/afternoon sun. We haven’t moved location since we got it a couple years ago. Looking for advice on what could be causing this and if it’s salvageable. We looked on and under the leaves and don’t see any bugs or anything. All other plants near this one are fine. TIA!

I think its bugs. Spider mites.
Take a look with your camera phone zoomed in. Spidermites will be clearly visible, and are quite active. Plant needs a good pesticide drenching also consider a systemic treatment if available in your stores.
Also consider repotting into a glazed or plastic pot with a good chunky aroid potting mix. Would be beneficial for the monstera after treating the spidermites.
