   First is probably a hosta, second looks like an amaryllis but I’m not sure! Amaryllis needs a pretty warm climate (zone 8-10) and I’m guessing you’re more like 7 based on the progress of your other plants compared to mine.

   What is your growing zone? While the 1st one looks Ike hosta, it might not be if you are in an arid or semi-arid location.
