I bought this lettuce a month ago and forgot about it in my fridge before going on a business trip. After I got home I was cleaning out the fridge after buying groceries and I noticed it still looks as fresh as when I bought it. This was pretty concerning to me since it’s April. I am wondering if anyone might know what this is sprayed with or if this is a characteristic of a hydroponic growing method. Any ideas or suggestions for peace of mind would be nice.
