How bad is this damage?

Hey guys,

I planted this Acer Opalus last autumn. My father in law spontaneously decided to dig up the entire 800m² garden with rented heavy machinery and no prior experience. He accidentally damaged the tree on the two branches on the left and right. I dug it out and put it in a pot before he runs it over. Now I wonder how bad the damage is and what I can do to support it. Thankful for any advice. The damage was done 3 days ago.

I have no experience unfortunately, but I am learning about native plants and ecological gardening because eventually I will be the one doing the garden work. Acer Opalus is native in my area (south western Germany).
