This is my first year growing from seeds and today marks the 14th day since I first planted these tomato seeds!
All of them were growing in the tri-circle planter thingy and after one week, I separated them into three different sets! The ones in the brown pots (and the single Surf City Squeeze cup!) were buried up to their bottom leaves and kept inside on 16 hours of grow lights with a fan on them. The ones in the black pots have been outside and were repotted up to their bottom leaves. The ones in the tri-circle thing haven’t been repotted or anything, but they have been outside for the whole week as well!
I’m definitely going to have to separate them into more cups!
Three days ago, I started four types of peppers and by the end of the month, I’m going to plant a few summer squash, Eggplant, Okra, and Jute!
I’m honestly surprised these are doing as well as they are! I got pretty obsessed with indoor plants last year and that was my first exposure to anything green!
I just hit 30, so I decided this year is the optimal time to start eating cleaner/healthier and if I grow it, I have no excuses lol if this year goes well, I’m planning on dedicating a third of my yard to a garden! I really like the pergola style with chicken wire or something on the sides to keep wildlife out (hopefully!) and a shade tarp on the top! I’m also seeing some designs with cattle fence archways that look so great!
Anywho, I hope y’all get some great success this year! Thank you for reading this!
