I’ve got this bed in front of of my house I put in two marigolds, two cinnamon basil, 1 common thyme, and 5 pepper plants (Corbachi, 2candy cane chocolate cherry, lipstick, and blot) I’m wondering if this will look good fully grown this was put here mostly to be ornamental since I have all of these same plants in my main garden

A bit too much but it will work nonetheless. 3 pepper plants in a row would have been ideal. Then the rest of the plants in the other row.
Yes it’s overcrowded. That container is big enough for 2 mature basil plants OR two pepper plants.
How deep is the pot? Looks much too small for all those plants but they will still grow you’ll just get less produce from the peppers.
