Hoping y'all might have some guesses based on the three holes featured in my photo. Holes go basically entirely around the bed. Haven't seen any critters yet, and no disturbance in the soil from the top of the bed. Holes are new this year, increasing in quantity as the snow melted.
My current guesses are mice or snakes, maybe voles? Located in upstate NY.

I would say voles!
Voles are most likely given the quantity and size of the holes. Chipmunks have similar sized burrow entrances, but they are more solitary animals.
Time to invest in some rat traps…
Second the guess of voles. Grrr!!
