I purchased this home in central Florida 15 years ago and it hasn't noticeably grown much since I purchased the house. The house was built in 1970 by a developer as part of a subdivision but they kept alot of the trees in yards to keep it rustic so I suspect it's much older. My small 1/4 acre lot is also home to 5 other large trees, 3 oaks, 1 maple and 1 magnolia. These are pictures I have taken over the years.

When I saw the house my guess was the same age as the house, but I don’t know a lot about camphore trees, I really just wanted to complement the house. You say 1970 but I would have guessed 1960. I love the look of your house it seems to have maintained the feel of that time. I am imagining that the interior has original fixtures etc and maintains that look?
