I've been monitoring my project of learning how to propagate pothos cuttings, and finally have gotten some success. I had some in water getting roots, but it seemed too slow for all the vines I had gotten that I wanted to add to a pot.

So I basically cut up some vines and didn't make roots first but just lay them in the pot with the air roots best I could facing down into the soil. I pinned a bunch in place.

But finally after some odd weeks, I am getting a bunch of new leaves from some chopped vines, 2/3 of which don't have an attached leaf on them!

So anyway, I am excited. Maybe not a big deal to other propagation pros. But my next project is a pot full of just chopped vines without any leaves and no roots from water culture first. This one in thid post had one vine placed in with roots from water, and the leaf finally stopped being limp.

Anyway. I can update in a year when this bad boy looks a lot better.
