This is about an hour after a storm. Wall has weep holes but theres a few spots it seeps out the mortar towards the bottom.
Anything to worry about or watch for? There's also a pop-uo emitter above the wall.

Yes, it’s normal. Keep an eye on the mortar over the years, and if it erodes too quickly you may want to drill a hole and insert a pipe as a sleeve.
I doubt it’d come to that, but only time will tell.
