Got this Manjula in the mail a few days ago, the smaller leaves look and feel as they should. But the bigger ones just seem like they are grasping. The camera makes it look a lot better than it does in real life. Should I cut them ? Any advice is welcomed!

Could this be thrips? I would quarantine it from your other plants just in case
Is it cold in your area? Like colder than 60 degrees Fahrenheit? This kinda looks like cold damage.
