I planted them almost 1,5 month ago. But they are not growing. I always control pH and EC. Air pump always is working 15 minune in an hour. What am I doing wrong?
Sunlight does not hit directly. Is this the problem?
You need a grow light. And it would be better if your reservoir was lightproof.

They are starving for light. Not only is the window inadequte but you have them trying to grow out of a the bottom of the cups like they are in some deep dark pit of despair!
No need for an air pump, use your electricity for a grow-light instead, or at least move them right up against the window. Bring the media (rock wool by the look of it, I’d use coco myself) up to the top of the cups, not way down in the bottom.
