  2. You can succession sow cilantro. Later sowings won’t last as long; just plant more often. And the seeds are excellent in pickles and spiced baked goods.

  3. do you think i can have success growing northern highbush blueberries in 25 gallon pots zone 5b? i worry about the winter killing them in pots.

    if not possible, any ideas how to create an easy 100 square foot patch ontop of really bad clay soil? i tried in ground with sulfur and a peat based mix but it was not effective, ph stayed at 7.0 despite 20lbs sulfur applied.

  5. I have been sowing peas early outdoors in Northern Indiana , used to be 5b now 6am . Like 2 miles from the michigan line. Late february to mid march when the soil thaws enough to get in there. They can take a freeze and even snow on top of them , those early shoots. Always have great early peas before it gets too warm this way.
