Is it Pests or Lighting Issues?

I purchased about a month ago. I noticed a leaf drooping and saw the plant was root bound so I repotted this past weekend in the bright sun. I then saw small holes in the one leaf only post repot and it’s losing its dark color. I just recently (yesterday) moved it closer to the window since I’ve seen conflicting information on leaves losing color needing more light, but with the small holes I don’t know if it’s the bright sun or pests? I don’t see anything moving but I also know the pests are teeny tiny.
