Hey guys, i had to repot my my alocasia because the pon had to be exchanged and the pot became small. I found so many corms and they are so large (is this normal wtf haha), i’ve never seen this size of corms from a frydek before.

I had to pluck them so i can put the plant back into the pot (the potsize is fine, but as you can see the amount of corms stole some space).

Since i already have so many baby plants i can’t plant them all. A few weeks ago i had corms from another frydek which i plucked from the top, i forgot about them and they dried and shrunk (is this the right word?).

So i wanted to ask if there’s a proper way to store them so they don’t die?

Thanks in advance!

First off, you can send a few to me 👀👀👀

On a more serious note, avoid plastic as much as possible. Something cool and somewhat dry (think a burlap sack- dark, cool, well ventilated). I’ve also heard of people using envelopes or boxes. You’d want to keep them around 50 Fahrenheit (10 Celsius). Really, your main enemy is humidity levels. Too much and they rot, too little and they dry. Every week or so, I would check on them to remove any potential risks (rotted ones can spread rot to the rest.)
