Looks like Alocasia right ?
That looks like a variegated alocasia frydek to me. Did you reuse potting mix that housed one? A corm might have been left in the mix.
Variegated alocasia, not 100% sure which! They grow from corms which are somewhere between a bulb and a seed, was in your soil without your knowledge! Monstera dont really producd babies like that.
Lucky you, you got a free surprise alocasia.
