Help this little Monstera

Hey all, my Monstera’s struggling 😅 Any tips to help it grow and look healthy again?

I’ve had it for 2 years. It was in a low-light corner getting about a cup of water every 2 weeks, and hasn’t put out any new growth. Over the last 3 months I’ve been adding a bit of liquid fertilizer monthly. I’ve just moved it to a brighter room in front of a north-facing window and planning to let it settle before making big changes.

My current thoughts are either repotting into a chunky, well-draining mix, or cutting at the nodes, water propagating, then replanting.
