What’s wrong with my yucca?

Hi everyone,

my yucca has started developing these yellow to brown spots over the past two weeks, mostly near the stem. The leaves look fine, except for one.

I just got it four weeks ago. Could it be that it’s still too cold for it right by the window? It’s in the bedroom, and we rarely have the heat on there.

Could it be a fungal infection?

I’ve only watered it once since it arrived. The soil is now bone dry again.

I hope you can help me so I can prevent further damage 🙂
